ABOUT Me

Hello and thanks for visiting! My name is Shannon Biggers. I love transforming spaces and seeing a vision come together. Having been an active realtor for six years in Charlotte, North Carolina and showing homes every day, not only did I see homes that needed updating, I watched buyers overlook homes as they often struggled through the process. I began advising my clients on painting, furniture placement, and using rooms differently than they were shown as I worked to sell them on finding the right home. I realized then that I had an eye for seeing beyond what’s in front of me and seeing the possibilities of what it could be. While I still hold an active real estate license today, my passion has now grown to renovations and interior design.
History
My husband, John, and I purchased our first “flip” over 10 years ago, where after 3 months and a complete renovation, the home sold on the very first day we put it on the market. Since then, we have renovated several personal properties and now I bring my talent and passion to others. As North Carolina natives and now empty nesters with 2 children and our dog, Finley, we love living by the beach in Isle of Palms, South Carolina and spending time in Chapel Hill, North Carolina where we enjoy attending sporting events and supporting our alma mater.

My philosophy is to create a plan and vision by working together WITH my clients and using the most economical resources to find the best for less. My goal is to elevate YOUR space by making it everything YOU want. Whether it’s one room or an entire house, I will work with you to understand your budget, your goals, and personal preferences and bring it all together to create the perfect space for you.
